Our Cub Cabin accommodates two people in a queen size bed. Each Cub Cabin has a
small refrigerator. There is a closet for clothing and the bathroom has a vanity and a full
size bath. The Cub Cabin is a great choice for those who don't need a kitchen, but just the
necessities of a bed and bath.

The Cottage is our version of the studio unit. It accommodates up to four people with a
plush pillow top king size bed and a sleeper sofa. The cottage is equipped with a full size
kitchen which includes all the dishes and cookware, as well as a microwave and coffee
maker. Each cottage comes with color TV with a VCR/DVD and satellite programming.
There is a large closet and a 6 drawer mirror/dresser for storage. The covered open air
decks have two chairs and a love seat for enjoying the the serenity of Southern Oaks
Resort.

table and chairs as well for playing cards or simply checking your email on your laptop,
taking advantage of our free WIFI. Both the bedroom and the living room include 32" flat
screen TVs. You can watch a movie on the DVD player or catch your favorite show on
our satellite. Popcorn is always provided! Pop it fresh in the microwave. Get a drink out of
the refrigerator and your all set for a relaxing evening. (Coffee pot and coffee provided)
