small refrigerator, color TV with DVD and Satellite. There is a closet for clothing and the
bathroom has a vanity and a full size bath. The Cub Cabin is a great choice for those who

NEW RV RENTAL Our newest addition to our rentals at Southern Oaks Resort is our RV
Rental. It has a living room, full kitchen, one bathroom with shower, a bedroom that has a
queen size bed and another room that has 2 twin size bunk beds for the kids. The unit
sleeps 2 Adults and 2 Children total. Families will need to bring their own Bedding, Towels
and bathroom needs for this rental. We will not be providing the extras for this rental.
Please be sure to make a mental note to bring everything you need from Toiletries to
pillows, sheets, blankets, sleeping bags etc. The unit also has a kitchen and for those of
you who like to cook, feel free to bring along the pots and pans. BBQ grills are located just
outside the unit and is convenient for cookouts. The units are brand new and awaiting
their first campers.

new King size bed for 2007 and a sleeper sofa. The cottage is equipped with a full size
kitchen which includes all the dishes and cookware, as well as a microwave and coffee
maker. Each cottage comes with color TV with a VCR/DVD and satellite programming.
There is a large closet and a 6 drawer mirror/dresser for storage. The covered open air
decks have two chairs and a love seat for enjoying the the serenity of Southern Oaks
